Mariah Rosensweet

NURSE PRACTITIONER, MSN, CRNP

Mariah is a Family Nurse Practitioner and United States Air Force veteran with over a decade of experience in high-acuity healthcare settings, leadership, and mission-driven service. Her clinical background spans emergency medicine, trauma, flight medicine, and primary care, where she has cared for patients across the lifespan in fast-paced, complex environments that demand clarity, compassion, and precision.

Through years on the front lines of medicine she came to recognize that true healing often requires looking beyond isolated symptoms. This realization shaped her passion for
integrative family care, grounded in functional medicine and health optimization. Mariah is deeply committed to identifying root causes, understanding the interconnectedness of body systems, and partnering with patients to create sustainable, individualized paths toward health.

Mariah's approach blends evidence-based medicine with a whole-person perspective, addressing lifestyle, nutrition, stress, environment, and physiology alongside conventional care. She believes healthcare works best when patients feel heard, informed, and empowered to actively participate in their well-being.

Above all, Mariah's mission is simple:
to empower individuals and families to live their healthiest, most vibrant lives through thoughtful, integrative care that supports both longevity and quality of life.
