Providers take a holistic approach to care, considering all aspects of a patient’s life that may be impacting their health, such as diet, exercise and stress levels. Approaching your health in this way not only allows us to treat illnesses, but also to prevent future health struggles which could have potentially been avoided.

Membership Cost

Your membership is set up on an annual basis and is a monthly cost just like a gym membership or Netflix subscription. The initial fee is to cover the length of our intial consultation to help us establish a full history and comprehensive picture of your health.

Are there additional charges?

Labs, supplements, imaging, testing and prescriptions are not included.  See the chart above for what is included in the monthly cost.

Do you see people in person or offer telehealth?

Yes, we do both.

Do I need an appointment or can I walk in?

You need an appointment to come in, but you can call us and we will respond quickly.

How would I cancel my membership?

The membership lasts for a year so it’s preferable to cancel upon renewal. However, for extenuating circumstances, please cancel one month in advance.  (3o days notice)
