Your membership is set up on an annual basis and is a monthly cost just like a gym membership or Netflix subscription. The initial fee is to cover the length of our intial consultation to help us establish a full history and comprehensive picture of your health.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long is my membership?

We require a 6 month commitment to your membership, due to the time it may take to uncover and address root causes.

Is it still $99/month if I don't have an appointment?

Yes. You will be given tools and tasks to complete between appointments. There is also the likelihood of having tests recommended, to which your provider will interpret and create personalized protocols for you to complete between appointments as well. We will be there for you each step along the way.

Are there additional charges?

Labs, supplements, testing, imaging and prescriptions are not included however, we offer straightforward pricing, as well as discounted labs and supplements in house.

How do I cancel my membership?

After your first 6 month commitment, there is the option of extending your contract in increments of 3 months. Typically, our patients remain on our Functional Medicine membership for 6-12 months, and have the option to transition to Holistic Primary Care.
