Membership Cost

Your membership is set up on an annual basis and is a monthly cost just like a gym membership or Netflix subscription. The initial fee is to cover the length of our intial consultation to help us establish a full history and comprehensive picture of your health.

Is it still $75/month if they don’t have an appointment?

What is included with the nutrition counseling?

Do you see people in person or offer telehealth?

Yes, we do both.

Do I need an appointment or can I walk in?

You need an appointment to come in, but you can text or call and we’ll respond quickly.

How would I cancel my membership?

The membership lasts for a year so it’s preferable to cancel upon renewal. However, for extenuating circumstances, please cancel one month in advance.  (3o days notice)

Offered to Small Businesses

Supplement or replace your high cost insurance premiums with our Direct Primary Care membership for your employees. You can cover all of the cost or share the cost with your employees.
